Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualifications:
- For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, and Stenographer Grade-III: Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university and have a diploma in computer application.
- For Salaried Amin: Passed matriculation or equivalent and Revenue Inspector Training.
Age Limit: Must be over 18 years and below 32 years as of 11.07.2024. Age relaxation applies as per government rules.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Additional Skills:
- Junior Typist: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Stenographer Grade III: Minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Character and Health: Must be of good character, sound health, and free from any physical defects.
Application Process
Candidates are required to submit their applications in the prescribed format (Form-A) along with the following documents:
- Self-attested copies of educational certificates.
- Diploma in Computer Application certificate.
- Typing and shorthand certificates (for respective posts).
- Two character certificates.
- Recent passport-size photographs.
- Self-addressed envelopes with postage stamps.
- Caste certificate (for SC/ST/SEBC candidates).
- Disability certificate (if applicable).
- No Objection Certificate (for government employees).
- Applications must reach the Office of the District Judge, Angul, Odisha, PIN-759122, by 05:00 PM on or before 11.07.2024, either in person or by post.
