Position Details and Requirements
1. Sr. Customer Service Executive
Qualifications & Experience: Graduate under the 10+2+3 pattern with 5 years of experience in fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling. Proficient in PC usage and fluent in English and Hindi.
Salary: Rs. 28,605/- per month
Upper Age Limit: GEN: 33 years, OBC: 36 years, SC/ST: 38 years
Job Function: Passenger check-in, airline ticket reservation, boarding, and all terminal functions. Requires working in three shifts, including night shifts, with one weekly off on a rotation basis.
2. Customer Service Executive
Qualifications & Experience: Graduate under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference for candidates with airline/GHA/cargo/airline ticketing experience or relevant diplomas. Proficient in PC usage and fluent in English and Hindi.
Salary: Rs. 27,450/- per month
Upper Age Limit: GEN: 28 years, OBC: 31 years, SC/ST: 33 years
Job Function: Similar to Sr. Customer Service Executive, focusing on passenger check-in, airline ticket reservation, and terminal functions with similar work patterns.
