Education:
Welfare Officer (Contractual)
Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (PGDBM/MBA/MHRM) in Personnel Management/IR/HR from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE-approved institute, or
- Degree/Diploma in Social Science/Labour Welfare as per Mines Rules, 1955.
Experience:
- 3 years in a coal mine or industrial undertaking as a Welfare/Personnel Officer, or
- 10 years in similar roles in a coal mine or industrial undertaking.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as of 01.07.2024
V.T Manager with 1st Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) (Contractual)
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Mining Engineering/AMIE in Mining Engineering or
- Diploma in Mining Engineering with a 1st Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency under CMR, 1957/2017.
Experience:
- 2 years in coal mining, preferably in open-cast operations, or
- 5 years of similar experience with a diploma.
Assistant Mine Manager with 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) (Contractual)
Educational Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering with a 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency under CMR, 1957/2017.
Experience:
- 2 years for a degree or 5 years for a diploma in coal mining, preferably in open cast operations.
Assistant Manager Mines (Safety) with 1st Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal)
Educational Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency.
Experience:
- 2 years post-qualification experience for degree holders or 5 years for diploma holders.
