Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant General Manager: Chartered Accountant (CA) with banking sector experience.
- Manager: MBA in HR with at least 3 years of experience in the banking or corporate sector.
- Assistant Manager: MBA with 2 years of banking experience.
- Assistant Manager (IT): Degree in Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/MCA with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Front Desk Officer: Any degree with preferred banking experience.
- Technical Assistant (Driver): Matriculation (10th Class) with a valid driving license and 5 years of driving experience; GPS knowledge is preferred.
- Office Assistant (Peon): Matriculation (10th Class) with preferred computer knowledge.
