Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position of Legal Assistant, candidates must meet the following criteria as of the last date of online application submission (19th July 2024):
- Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 26 years old.
- Educational Qualifications: At least 55% marks in law graduation from a recognized university or institution.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications is required.
- Language Proficiency: Familiarity with the Gujarati language.
Recruitment Procedure
The selection process consists of two stages:
- Written Test (Objective Type – MCQs): Tentatively scheduled for 11th August 2024, this test will cover topics including the Indian Constitution, various Acts, General
- Knowledge, English Language, and Computer Skills. Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks to qualify for the next stage.
- Viva-voce Test: Scheduled tentatively in August/September 2024, this oral interview carries 40 marks.
Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in this stage to be considered for the final selection.
Application Fees and Mode of Payment
- All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- along with bank charges.
- Fees can be paid online through SBI e-Pay or offline via SBI Cash-Challan generated online.
