Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Graduate Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Social Sciences, or Nutrition.
2. Work Experience:
   • Minimum 2 years of experience in capacity building with supervisory skills.
   • Desirable: 3 years of experience in government programs in social sectors like Health, Nutrition, Education, Water, and Sanitation.
3. Skills:
   • Proficiency in local language (oral and written).
   • Fair English communication skills.
   • Good knowledge of computers, internet, and email.
4. Residency:
   • Candidates must be residents of the district where the position is vacant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the timely implementation of POSHAN Abhiyaan activities in the district.
• Support capacity building initiatives for ICDS staff and functionaries.
• Facilitate community mobilization and demand generation for ICDS services.
• Conduct monitoring and supervision visits to provide on-site support.
• Coordinate with related departments for multi-sectoral activities.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely submission.
• Ensure effective collaboration with NGOs and civil society organizations.

Application Process

1. Application Format:

   • Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (Annexure-1) along with self-attested copies of required documents (educational qualifications, experience, and proof of residence).

2. Submission Address:

   • Applications should be sent to the District Social Welfare Officer of the concerned district.
   • Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope mentioning the post applied for.

3. Documents Required:

   • Proof of residence (e.g., Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PRC, Driving License, or Resident Certificate from Circle Officer).
   • Two recent passport-sized photographs.

4. Deadline:

   • Applications must reach the concerned office by 24th February 2025 (during office hours). Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Selection Process

• The District Level Selection Committee (DLSC) will conduct the recruitment process.
• The date, time, and venue for written tests and interviews will be notified by the DLSC.

Important Notes

• Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications will be rejected.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further rounds of selection.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the tests/interviews.
