Tripura TET Recruitment 2025 – Teacher (Class I to VIII) Posts

The Teacher’s Recruitment Board Tripura (TRBT) is all set to conduct the Tripura Teachers’ Eligibility Test (T-TET) 2024, a golden opportunity for aspiring teachers. The exam will be held in two papers:

• Paper-I: For candidates aspiring to teach Class I to V.
• Paper-II: For candidates aspiring to teach Class VI to VIII.

Positions and Qualifications

1. Teacher (Class I-V)

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following academic and professional qualifications:

• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (in accordance with NCTE 2002 Regulations).
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). (Candidates with B.Ed. must complete a six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education within two years of appointment).

2. Teacher (Class VI-VIII)

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Graduation and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
• Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
• Graduation with at least 45% marks and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) (in accordance with NCTE norms).
• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. (Special Education).

Application Fee

• UR Category: ₹300/- per paper.
• Reserved Category (SC/ST/PH): ₹200/- per paper.
• Note: Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
