Job Objective
As Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing the subscriptions of our Owner Clients, primarily HNIs. This involves identifying and engaging genuine potential buyers and tenants from various leads.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for paying customers, overseeing their entire lifecycle from the welcome call to renewal.
- Facilitate communication between paying clients and interested buyers/tenants by organizing conference calls and site visits as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as activation support, graphic design, and back-end operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve customer issues to facilitate a smooth buying process.
- Handle all escalations promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
