Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2024. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and Persons with Disabilities as per government norms.
Educational Qualifications:
- Upper Division Clerk: Graduate with computer proficiency and a certificate in computer training.
- Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent with a certificate in computer training.
- Process Server and Group-D: Passed Class VIII from a recognized institution.
Examination Structure
The selection process involves multiple phases depending on the position applied for:
Upper Division Clerk:
- Phase-I: 100 marks (MCQs on General English, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude)
- Phase II: 100 marks (Computer proficiency, work management, and writing skill)
- Phase-III: 40 marks (Personality Test)
Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff:
- Written Examination: 100 marks (MCQs on Arithmetic, English, Bengali, General Knowledge)
- Personality Test: 20 marks
Process Server and Group-D:
- Written Examination: 100 marks (MCQs on Arithmetic, English, Bengali, General Knowledge)
