Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian
- Age (as of 01.07.2024): 21-28 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Correspondence or part-time courses are not eligible.
- Computer Literacy: Must have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations or have studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject.
Remuneration
Junior Assistants will receive a total monthly emolument ranging from ₹32,000 to ₹35,200, depending on the place of posting. The remuneration details are as follows:
- City Category I: ₹35,200
- City Category II: ₹33,600
- City Category III: ₹32,400
Additional benefits include Mediclaim, Gratuity, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, and Performance Linked Incentive. Annual increments up to 10% based on performance are also applicable. Note that lease and staff quarter facilities are not available for this position.
Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of:
- Online Examination: Objective-type exam covering English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills.
- Interview: Only candidates ranking high based on the online examination will be called for the interview.
- Final Selection: Based on combined marks from the online examination and interview. A medical examination will also be required.
Application Fee:
₹800 (plus GST @ 18%), payable online.
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online from 25.07.2024 to 14.08.2024 via LIC HFL’s website. Candidates need to prepare scanned copies of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration.
