Educational Qualification:
- Medical Degree: A Postgraduate Medical Degree such as MD, MS, DNB, or a Diploma in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Registration: DMC/DDC/MCI/State Registration is mandatory before joining if selected.

- No Objection Certificate: For Central/State Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institution employees.
- Photocopies: Self-attested copies of degrees, certificates, mark sheets, age proof, caste certificates, and other relevant documents.
