- Matron (Female): The Matron will manage the day-to-day activities of the hostel, focusing on the welfare of the girls residing there. This role requires a Madhyamik (Class X) pass or equivalent qualification.
- Cook (Female): Responsible for preparing meals for the hostel residents, ensuring food safety, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. A Class VIII pass is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
- Helper (Female): This role supports the Cook and other hostel staff in daily operations, including cleaning and assisting with meal preparation. A Class VIII pass is also required for this position.
- Darwan-cum-Night Guard (Male): The Darwan-cum-Night Guard will ensure the security of the hostel premises during the night, along with performing any necessary security-related duties. A Class VIII pass is needed for this role.
