What’s the Job?
The Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ) is looking to fill 15 positions of Assistant Development Commissioner in private SEZs (Special Economic Zones) across Kerala and Karnataka. Additionally, they have one position each for an Assistant Development Commissioner and a Section Officer (Accounts) at the Cochin SEZ.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Assistant Development Commissioner (Cochin SEZ)
- Officers under the Central Government who either hold analogous posts regularly or have six years of regular service in a lower grade.
2. Assistant Development Commissioner (Private SEZs in Kerala and Karnataka)
- Central or State Government employees or those from PSUs, with either analogous posts or eight years of regular service in a lower grade.
3. Section Officer (Accounts) (Cochin SEZ)
- Central Government officers holding analogous posts or those with three years of regular service in a lower grade and relevant experience in accounts.
Key Points About Deputation:
- Deputation usually lasts up to 3 years and follows standard terms prescribed by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).
- The maximum age limit for deputation is 56 years.
