Eligibility:

Central Government officers holding analogous posts in Level 11/12 of the Pay Matrix regularly.

Desirable Criteria:

• Good managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Effective liaison with other organizations/Ministries/departments/think tanks.
• Strong noting, drafting, and communication skills.
• Experience as Under Secretary/Deputy Secretary or equivalent in the Government of India.
• Experience in International Cooperation/Foreign Trade/International Multilateral Organizations.
• Experience in policy formulation/implementation.

• Up-to-date copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years, attested by a Group A Officer.
• Cadre clearance.
• Vigilance clearance.
• Details of minor/major penalties imposed in the last 10 years, if any.
• Statement of Bio-data in the prescribed pro-forma, signed by the volunteering officer and forwarded through proper channel.
