Essential Qualifications

  1. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board, along with an ITI qualification in the relevant trade from a Government-recognized institution.
  2. Age Limit: Candidates should be between 15 and 24 years old as of September 16, 2024. Age relaxations apply for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), and Ex-servicemen (up to 10 years plus service duration).

  • Proof of Date of Birth (e.g., SSC/Matriculation certificate).
  • SSC/Matriculation Mark Sheet & Certificate.
  • Consolidated ITI Mark Sheet and National Trade Certificate.

How To Apply?

  1.  Access the Application Portal: Click on the “Engagement of Act Apprentice” link for the online application on the RRC website.
  2. Review the Notification: Read the detailed notification available on the RRC website for all relevant information.
  3. Register as a Candidate: Fill in your details including Name, Father’s Name, Community, Category, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Date of Birth. After registering, you will receive a password via email and SMS.
  4. Login to Your Dashboard: Use your login credentials to access the Candidate Dashboard. Here, you will find options to fill out the application form, pay the application fee, and upload documents.
  5. Complete the Application Form: Fill out all required fields in the application form.
  6. Pay the Application Fee: Pay the fee online, unless you are exempt from payment.
  7. Upload Documents:  Upload your photograph, signature, and thumb impression (10-50 KB in jpg format). Also, upload certificates such as Educational, Caste, PWD, and Ex-SM as required.
  8. Submit Your Application: Review all details, then submit your application form. Print a copy of the application and the fee payment slip for your records.
