Examination Process
Two-Tier Examination System
The recruitment process involves two phases of online examinations:
- Online Preliminary Examination
- Online Main Examination
Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be shortlisted for the main examination. Based on the performance in the main examination and the vacancies reported by the participating banks, candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the participating banks.

The following banks are participating in the CRP Clerks-XIV recruitment process:

- Union Bank of India
- Punjab & Sind Bank
- Bank of Maharashtra
- Indian Bank
Candidates can apply for vacancies in any one State/UT only, and they will be required to appear for the examination in that particular State/UT. However, candidates may be allotted to a different examination center depending on administrative feasibility.
Eligibility Criteria
Basic Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must ensure they meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS:
Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory, with a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations or language.
