National Green Tribunal Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in Central/State Government, courts, or tribunals; OR
- Holding a post in Central/State Government, courts, or tribunals with:
- Five years of regular service in pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 (Level 12 in Pay Matrix); OR
- Ten years of regular service in pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 (Level 11 in Pay Matrix).
Notes:
- Departmental officers in the feeder category are not eligible for deputation.
- Deputationists are not eligible for promotion.
Deputation Details:
- Duration: Three years.
