OPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024 Eligibility:
- A Master’s Degree, with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade, in the concerned/ relevant/ allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree.
- For Scheduled Caste(SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Social and Educational Backward Classes (SEBC) & Persons with Disabilities (PWD) categories, the requirement of securing at least 55% marks shall be reduced to 50% marks.
- Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) meant for appointment of Assistant Professor (Stage-I) or must have acquired a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ relevant/ allied subject.
OPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024 Documents Required:
- H.S.C. or equivalent certificate in support of declaration of age issued by the concerned Board/ Council.
- Bachelor’s Degree certificate issued by the recognized University.
- Master’s Degree certificate in the concerned/ relevant/ allied discipline
- M. Phil Degree Certificate
- Ph.D. Degree Certificate
- Mark-lists in support of all the aforesaid Examinations (H.S.C., Graduation Degree, Post-Graduation Degree, M. Phil Degree etc.) including fail marks, if any, issued by the concerned Board / Council/ University.

Online Application Process:

- Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted and will be rejected without consideration.

- Before filling out the online application form, candidates should thoroughly review the detailed instructions provided on the OPSC portal.
- Ensure accurate information input, as editing options are limited, and once confirmed, there is no further scope for modification.
Document Upload:
- Candidates are required to upload scanned images of their latest passport-size photograph, full signature, and left-hand thumb impression (LTI) in the online application form.
- Uploaded images must be clear and identifiable to avoid rejection of the application.
- Keep at least four copies of the latest passport-size photograph uploaded during the online application process for future reference.
- Permanent Public Service Account Number (PPSAN): Upon successful submission of the online registration, candidates will be assigned a unique PPSAN.
- Candidates should print and sign the finally submitted online registration and application forms for submission to OPSC along with requisite documents when requested.
- Candidates are required to upload scanned images of their latest passport-size photograph, full signature, and left-hand thumb impression (LTI) in the online application form.
